Support

Let’s get you back to the table.

Find quick answers about the app, purchases, chips, offline play, and gameplay support.

What is included with the paid app?

The app purchase includes the ad-free single-player game, the Bahay table, Learn Center, Table Log, and Hand History. Optional chip packs and premium themes are available separately.

Are chips real money or gambling?

No. Chips are virtual play markers with no cash value. They cannot be wagered for money, exchanged, withdrawn, or used for real-money gambling.

Can I play without an internet connection?

Yes. Core single-player play is available offline. Some account, purchase, restore, or cloud-sync functions may require a connection.

Which devices are supported?

Pinoy Mahjong supports Mac, iPhone, and iPad. The mobile version requires iOS or iPadOS 16 or later.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the Store inside Pinoy Mahjong and use the restore option. Make sure the device is signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.

Where can I report a rules or gameplay issue?

Open News & Feedback inside Pinoy Mahjong when possible. It prepares an email with the app version and device details, and you can add Hand History evidence or screenshots before approving it in Mail. If you cannot open the app, email support@pinoymahjong.com.

Current focus

Improving the table with every report.

Version 3.0 is a major rebuild. We are actively reviewing recovery, rule accuracy, claim flow, pacing, and table readability.

01

Wallet and restore

Returning-player recovery, iCloud wallet sync, and completed purchase recognition.

02

Rules and claims

Valid hands, flowers and seasons, claim priority, and special Filipino-table situations.

03

Pacing and clarity

Computer-player timing, draw and discard feedback, Table Log, and readable notices.

A useful report

Help us reproduce what you saw.

The more precisely we can recreate a problem, the faster we can distinguish a bug, a rules disagreement, and an unclear explanation.
